Luxembourg is the European Headquarters for John Deere Financial. The primary activity is providing financial services to customers and dealers who want to finance John Deere equipment.

Our legal department team is looking for a
Paralegal (m/f/d) - Part-time 50%
Temporary contract (12 months)
What You'll Do:

  • provide support to our Manager Holdings Legal
  • draft legal documents such as powers of attorney and board/shareholder's resolutions
  • prepare of board meetings, minute-taking
  • do RCS/RBE filings
  • be in close contact with internal and external stakeholders
  • liaise with notaries and other service providers
  • handle various administrative activities such as keeping legal files and corporate database up-to-date


What It Takes:

  • Paralegal or equivalent formation
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate service provider
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of corporate structures
  • Conscientious, detail oriented and accurate
  • Real team player with a positive, solution-oriented and proactive approach
  • Accountable, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Fluent English - additional languages, such as German and French are an asset
