This role will be responsible for managing the Nielsen panels, maximizing new conversion and retention rate of panel size through inbound marketing and support communication.
Responsibilities
- Contact/training/maintain rejected homes or Maintain TV Panel Demohealth balance
- Work closely with field engineers to coordinate panels request and service order
- Support ad-hoc projects
- Panel Data update and management
Experience & Qualifications
- Time management and can set work priorities
- Preferred to use Excel/ Google spreadsheet
- Strong interpersonal skill to work with team members.
- Preferred inbound & outbound call experiences
- Preferred business english communication
- Good communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
