Supporting the Pallet Optimization workstream lead to ensure this highly 'critical to business' project is delivered on time and as per expectation.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Lead the NCR process at VDC and TNDC and formalising the Auto cost cross charge to Sites, finance reports on Monthly Basis
  • Supporting transition from VDC to TNDC - Sharing procedure and knowledge with the VDC team on pallets correction before transferring to TNDC post 25th March'25
  • Lead the project for Pallet rejection mechanism installation at all key plants based off swiss log automation requirements.
  • Reporting on technical Defects, Corrective actions and costs for rework.
  • Support all pallet quality related trials at TNDC as key point of contact - Close coordination with VSU lead on high Bay (automated warehouse) trial plans and corrective actions
  • Active participation in developing technical SOPs on pallet controls and corrective rework to support Automated warehousing operations. Participate in building pallet related BCP & interim plans with transport, Warehouse and VSU team to get ready for startup.
  • Contribute actively to the calculation of throughput rates based of defect data - Support to VSU.
  • Work with Site pallet controller to understand pallet defect rates and impact to rework costs, throughput rates and interim solutions.

  • Problem solving mindset and ability to use analytical skills to solve complex technical problems.
  • Proven experience in data gathering and analytics. Strong skills in developing reports for senior leadership.
  • Experience in building BI dashboards and communicating complex data in simple format for decision making.
