MVF are looking for a passionate digital marketer to join our award-winning performance marketing team. We are one of the world's largest customer acquisition businesses, headquartered in London, and we are now building out our Austin marketing team with huge growth ambitions over the coming years. The Paid Social team has a close relationship with Meta and other marketing partners, often being the first to test new features and sharing knowledge with some of the world's largest organizations.
The team works across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more! The key to our success is both our entrepreneurial spirit, testing all kinds of weird and wonderful creatives, alongside our razor-sharp analytical ability, drawing meaningful insights from our tests, to inform future strategy.

The Role
You will begin with being enrolled into our acclaimed Paid Social academy! This is a 12 week training program designed to take you from beginner to expert rapidly, covering all aspects of Paid Social marketing, such as the fundamentals of Paid Social, campaign set-up, creative, targeting, bidding, optimisation and scaling (and much more!), with pop quizzes and regular tests along the way to cement your knowledge and gather feedback.
Day-to-day, you will design, create and manage high-performance ad campaigns across Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). As a member of our team, you'll develop strong analytical skills as well as a keen eye for turning insight into action.
We have a strong culture of creativity, too; you'll be able to try out almost any creative idea you can think of. We also have our very own in-house creative services department, therefore no whacky idea you have is off limits!
As one of the first members of our US paid social team, you'll play a key role in helping drive transformational strategy during an exciting period as we expand our new office!

  • Analytical - You'll leverage the data we collect from our campaigns to draw valuable insights and improve ad performance through testing
  • Resilience - We have a lot of opportunity to test and experiment in this role however not all tests will work, therefore embrace these events as learning opportunities!
  • Proactivity - Thriving in a new office means taking the initiative to spot opportunities for growth and improvement, an ideal candidate will always be innovating
  • Curiosity - With digital marketing evolving so rapidly, it's important for us to constantly question what is currently working and to draw on social trends

Desirable:

  • Proficiency in Excel - Analyzing campaign performance data is crucial to continuously optimize campaigns & hit targets, thus a competent understanding of Excel (or similar data analysis tools) will be very useful
  • Content Creation - With the rise in short form video content, relevant experience of creating thumb stopping videos (either professionally or personally) is a big plus!
  • Previous Digital Marketing Experience - Knowledge of creating campaigns & reporting on performance is a big part of the day to day
