As a Paid Social Executive, you’ll:
- Manage global paid social accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit.
- Support the oversight of paid search accounts on Google and YouTube, collaborating with specialists for optimal results.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance against key KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth.
- Propose and implement new tests to expand reach and effectiveness, while recommending areas for increased investment.
- Work with internal teams to refine customer journeys and ensure advert messaging aligns with brand strategy.
- Contribute to budget management, reporting to stakeholders weekly and monthly.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- 1-2 years of experience in Paid Social or online paid marketing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and reporting tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills for delivering insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with proficient data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritise a varied workload, and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a "can-do" attitude, adapting to shifting priorities.
- Capability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in the health and fitness industry is a plus.
