As a Paid Social Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting media initiatives, data analysis, and basic paid social execution. You are an entry-level team member who is eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing space. You are a data-driven individual who enjoys analyzing metrics and providing insights to create actionable optimizations that improve paid media performance. You are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy collaborating with team members to execute campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing support for paid social media initiatives
  • Analyzing data and providing insights to create actionable optimizations that improve paid media performance
  • Assisting in basic paid social execution including billing, basic reporting, and ad build-outs
  • Monitoring and pacing campaign budgets to ensure they are being spent effectively
  • Assisting senior team members with the calendar creation process
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices

  • Entry-level experience in a digital marketing role
  • A passion for digital marketing and social media
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and ad servers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to calculate metrics with only partial information to create accurate projections, estimates, or reports
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field
