We are seeking a dynamic Paid Search e-commerce specialist to spearhead the creation, optimization, and management of e-commerce-focused paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Amazon Advertising and be well-versed in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful digital marketing campaigns that drive results.

 

Responsibilities:

- Strategically manage and optimize e-commerce PPC campaigns across Amazon, Google, Microsoft and other relevant paid search platforms

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.

- Report on campaign performance and status updates to external and internal teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search efforts with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.

 

Required Skills/Experience:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in ecommerce paid search (retail PPC/SEM), preferably in an agency setting.

- Proficiency in leveraging advanced Amazon Advertising tactics and strategies, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands/Video, Sponsored Display.

- Proficiency in leveraging advanced Google and Bing tactics and strategies, including Performance Max, Demand Gen, Audience Signals/Custom Segments, Smart Bidding.

- Proficiency with Shopping campaigns (Standard, Smart, PMAX) and feed management.

- Proven abilities with managing 6-figure monthly budgets.

- Expertise in YouTube strategies for reach, engagement and conversion.

- Strong familiarity with Amazon ecosystem, including Seller/Vendor Central, Amazon DSP, AMC.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

- Ability to pull data from platforms and generate ad hoc reporting.

- Comfortable presenting to clients and internal teams as needed.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Demonstrated track record of managing successful paid search campaigns with a focus on driving results and ROI.
