What You’ll Do
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and AdRoll to achieve client goals.
- Strategize and implement effective budget management from the start, ensuring cost-efficient campaigns with strong ROI.
- Collaborate on creative development, including ad copy, visuals, and messaging, to align with client objectives and audience insights.
- Use tools like HubSpot and Go High Level to track performance, manage workflows, and ensure seamless client communication.
- Analyze data from paid media campaigns, identify actionable insights, and implement strategies for continual improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to align campaigns with overarching marketing strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative techniques to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
- Handle reporting, providing clear performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to management and clients.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in media buying, with a strong focus on Meta campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with YouTube, TikTok, and or AdRoll advertising platforms.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize budgets effectively, delivering measurable results.
- Strong skills in creative development, including ad copywriting and collaborating on visuals.
- Proficiency with marketing tools like HubSpot and Go High Level is a plus.
