Job Overview:
We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Paid Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital ad buying, optimization, reporting, and client presentations to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Plan, implement, and optimize budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Create detailed performance reports and deliver client-facing presentations.
  • Utilize Google Analytics for in-depth analysis and tracking.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to align messaging with campaign goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing paid digital campaigns.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Experience preparing reports and delivering client presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
