The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to Executives within the European Leadership team.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, managing day-to-day operations of the Executive Director, Business Operations - Europe, the VP Consumer Revenue and Executive Assistant to Managing Director, Europe. Tasks also include supporting members of the global Executive Leadership Team when in our London office. This role is pivotal in ensuring the executives operate at peak efficiency and will require discretion, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively manage and maintain the executives’ calendars, scheduling meetings, diary appointments and travel arrangements.

Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Work closely with the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director’s office and lend support on administration tasks, and internal meeting and event preparation

Provide cover for the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director during holiday, sickness and any leaves of absence.

Assist in acting as a point of contact for internal administration with other shared service departments (i.e. IT, Finance, Comms, Ops and HR).

Wider support for ELT during UK visits to our London office

Manage expense reports and ensure submission is within a timely manner.

Liaising with other stakeholders in our People and Comms departments, assist on team engagement initiatives for the UK office, helping organise key UK office interactions on behalf of the MD’s office and the European Leadership Team
Who you are:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.

Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Proficiency in Google Workspace.

Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Experience managing complex travel arrangements or events.
