As a P2P Specialist,
you´re responsible for administering ordering processes, coordinating supplier management, ensuring correct pricing and contract data in the systems and tracking deliveries to our business units. Among other tasks, you will be creating purchase orders towards our suppliers, handling purchasing related Master Data, resolving invoice discrepancies and updating contracts. Your tasks include supporting both suppliers and internal stakeholders in purchasing and sourcing related topics. You will cooperate closely with our business units in Sweden and Finland.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a person, who drives for efficiency and accuracy in their daily work. You have some experience in sourcing, purchasing or finance. Skills in communication and cooperation are an asset. You are confident in using system and Microsoft Office tools.

This is a fixed-term position until 31.12.2025. Our expectation is that you work part-time (0,5) until May, full-time May to September and then part-time (0,5) until the end of the year.
