Specific tasks include
Serves as primary in-country point of contact, lead instructor, and supervisor for TAFT. - Acts as liaison between, the Contractor, PM, instructors, students, SATMO, US Military Training Mission (USMTM), and the RSADF. - Responsible for the instruction of specific lesson(s) of the THAAD Gunnery Table Training. - Monitors RSADF training progression and makes recommendation to SATMO, USMTM, and the RSADF on recommended training timelines. - Responsible for the design, development, administration, and grading of all written and practical examinations. - Responsible for assuring that course goals and objectives are met IAW the PWS. - Provides instructors and students with counsel, mentoring, and assessment of their academic performance as required.
Requirements
The Site Lead is preferred to have at least five (5) years of experience in managing programs, training, and oversight for projects of a similar size and scope.
The Site Lead shall have previously completed a successful THAAD Battery command, with additional experience in either a Patriot Battalion (BN): An S3 or AS3, Tactical Control Officer; Tactical Director; THAAD/Patriot Battery Trainer; and BN Standardizations preferred.
The Site Lead will also serve as a RSADF THAAD Instructor Trainer. -The Site Lead must be able to direct Contractor personnel and effectively interface with USG Team Chief and USG Deputy Team Chief.
