About the role:
As an Outsourcing Analyst at Storio group, you will support the team in optimising the performance of our outsourced manufacturing partners. You will make use of analytical tools to monitor, analyse, and provide ideas for ways to improve key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with good communication and problem-solving skills. Your analysis will support the Outsourcing Managers to ensure smooth operations and drive continuous improvement.
Your Daily Adventure at Storio
- Independently analyse daily reports from various systems to assess outsourced manufacturers' performance against KPIs (shipping, quality, customer complaints, etc.).
- Explain the trends and risks and identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present reports to the Outsourcing Managers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of action plans to address performance gaps and enhance operational efficiency at outsourced manufacturing sites.
- Proactively identify areas for process optimisation and recommend solutions.
- Review weekly invoices from outsourced manufacturers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Act as a liaison between Customer Care and outsourced manufacturers to address customer complaints and queries effectively.
- Analyse complaint data to identify root causes and recommend process improvements to minimise future issues.
- Contribute to the successful launch of new products and product changes at outsourced manufacturing sites by providing operational support to the Outsourcing Managers.
- Identify best practices for the administration of the outsourcing team.

What You Bring to the Party
- Experience in an analytical role.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret basic data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- An understanding of manufacturing operations is a plus.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
- An ability to manipulate and analyse large sets of data in Excel/Google Sheets is essential.
- Present the analysis and explain the facts. Fluent in English.
- Ability to speak a second language e.g. French, Spanish or German would be ideal, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Available to complete some travel during the year to Storio group and/or Outsourced Manufacturing facilities (U.K, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Spain, France).
