The Associate Regional Manager (ARM) is responsible for leading and managing a small team of 3 to 4 sales representatives within a specific geographic region while also achieving their individual sales objectives. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Maintain a personal book of business and consistently sell new business.
  • Team Management: Recruit, hire, and manage a small team of 3 to 4 sales representatives.
  • Training and Development: Conduct 1-3 ride days per week to develop and train team members.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with sales representatives to strategize new business and existing client accounts.
  • Team Meetings: Lead weekly team meetings and hold one-on-one sessions with each representative.
  • Cross Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to solve problems and ensure cohesive sales efforts.
  • Motivation and Promotion: Motivate, encourage, and promote your team members to achieve their best performance.
