The Outbound Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing outbound lead generation strategies (via LinkedIn and Email channels), overseeing the performance of the SDR team, and optimizing processes to drive consistent pipeline growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, deep expertise in outbound sales/marketing tools, and a strong analytical approach to measuring and improving outreach efforts.
We are looking for a proactive Outbound Marketing Lead to join our Business Development/Marketing team on a full-time basis.

Location: Lviv, Ukraine


Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience in B2B Marketing/Sales/Business development
  • At least one year of experience in B2B outbound lead generation
  • Experience in IT outsourcing/Custom Software Development/IT domain
  • Strong understanding of outbound email and LinkedIn automation tools (like Reply.io, Instantly, Expandi, Apollo, Clay.io, Sales Navigator, or similar)
  • Ability to write messages and tailor good outbound campaign flows
  • Good understanding of outbound funnel and its metrics, ability to analyze KPIs and generate insights
  • Proactive mindset with a flexible approach to tasks and challenges, can-do attitude
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology, or any other related field
  • Level of English: Intermediate Strong or higher (with strong writing skills)

Would be a plus:

  • Team management and people management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Understanding of how email outreach infrastructure works and the ability to scale it up if needed

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and refine outbound lead generation strategies to target high-value prospects
  • Manage and mentor a team of SDRs, ensuring their productivity, professional growth, and KPIs achievement
  • Define target audience segments and iterate on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to expand market reach and ensure right targeting and data management
  • Leverage tools for Email and LinkedIn outreach automation and efficiency, change/involve new tools if needed
  • Utilize tools for advanced data enrichment, personalization, and campaign optimization
  • Ensure proper setup, warm-up, and maintenance of email domains and sending reputation for high deliverability rates
  • Coordinate management of LinkedIn profile pool, ensuring regular content posting, increasing impressions, and driving engagement
  • Track key outbound KPIs, analyze data, and adjust strategies based on the campaign performance insights
  • Provide regular reports on outbound performance, SDR productivity, and market trends to key stakeholders
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outbound efforts with overall growth objectives and drive multichannel campaigns
