Investment Associate

We are currently seeking an Associate to join our investment team in Oslo. In this role, you will help drive investment processes from inception to exit, identifying exceptional founders and startups, evaluating ideas, analyzing business models, assessing market potential and team dynamics, and executing investments. You will also provide coaching, networking opportunities, and fundraising support to our growing portfolio in Norway.
What You’ll Do
- Screen and scout for potential founders and promising investment opportunities.
- Assess founders, conduct due diligence, and present investment recommendations to the Partners and Investment Committee.
- Mentor and support portfolio companies on key topics such as go-to-market strategy, product development, hiring, and fundraising through direct collaboration with founders.
In short, you will work end-to-end with founders, collaborate closely with the Partners, and be involved in all aspects of our operations at Antler. You’ll play a pivotal role in our small, high-performing team here in Oslo.
