Your Impactful Role
The OD Logistics Manager plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in supporting the Organization Development team by managing the technical, operational, and logistical infrastructure necessary for executing OD initiatives. This role works in close partnership with the Engagement Manager, Training & Development Manager, Communications Manager, Mail Processing Manager, Administrative Services Manager, and Core OD Manager to ensure seamless process design, tool implementation, resource coordination, and technical support.
This highly collaborative and tech-savvy role is responsible for identifying, implementing, and optimizing digital tools and systems, managing project logistics, and designing efficient processes that enable high-functioning internal programs across onboarding, training, communication, recognition, and culture-building.

  • Research, recommend, and implement digital platforms, software, and tools that enhance the effectiveness of OD programs.
  • Serve as the department’s go-to technical resource for setup, troubleshooting, integration, and maintenance of systems supporting internal campaigns and employee experiences.
  • Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Operations to ensure tools meet internal branding, compliance, and functionality standards.

Process Design & Implementation

  • Partner with OD managers to design scalable processes that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Develop project plans, workflows, and timelines for initiatives such as orientations, Town Halls, campaign launches, training deployments, and communications rollouts.
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and checklists to support consistency and quality across all OD programs.

Project Coordination & Logistics

  • Manage logistical needs for internal events and initiatives (e.g., audio/visual setup, room reservations, supply procurement, materials distribution).
  • Track milestones and deliverables for multi-department projects; ensure timely execution and follow-through.
  • Maintain internal dashboards or project tracking systems to ensure transparency and accountability across OD initiatives.

Support for OD Managers & Department Integration

  • Provide implementation and technical coordination support to the Engagement, Training, Communications, and Administrative Services Managers.
  • Work cross-functionally to integrate logistical and technical needs into department-specific campaigns, trainings, and communications.
  • Assist the Core OD Manager with backend infrastructure for organizational assessments, KPI dashboards, and change management initiatives.

Documentation & Internal Resource Management

  • Maintain digital libraries of onboarding documents, campaign assets, training schedules, and internal communication templates.
  • Ensure internal platforms (e.g., intranet, SharePoint, Teams) are consistently updated and user-friendly.
  • Act as gatekeeper for shared OD resources and technology requests.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Organizational Development is preferred, or a related and proven experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, or technology support—preferably in a healthcare, HR, or OD setting.
  • Strong technical proficiency with collaboration platforms, project management tools, LMS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining digital tools for communication, training, or engagement programs.
  • Strong problem-solving, process design, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and provide service-oriented support with a proactive mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and highly responsive.
  • Skilled at juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or orthopedic practice environments is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently and onsite during key companywide events
