Organisation Design Manager
We are looking for a dynamic Organisation Design Manager to develop and execute organisation design principles. The role will be responsible for leading on organisation design initiatives and being a guarding of the organisation design process.
About the Role
The Organisation Design Manager is a critical role in the execution of our organisation design principles as part of the total reward strategy. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing organisation structures and operating models that align with the company’s business goals. This role will involve analysing business needs, recommending design solutions, and leading initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The role will work closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders optimal design of roles, governing the OD process.
- Lead and manage OD projects within the business transformation program, including operating model reviews and overseeing job evaluation processes (WTW).
- Develop and maintain the organisation's job architecture framework, ensuring alignment with organisational design principles and operational needs.
- Support senior stakeholders through the entire OD transformation, from current state assessment to program roadmap delivery.
- Provide expert advice and coaching on organisational design practices to leadership teams and HR stakeholders.
- Leverage data-driven insights, benchmarking, and industry trends to inform organizational decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Align workforce planning with strategic objectives and manage change initiatives through communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and implementation plans.
About You
You are a specialist in organisational design with a deep understanding of industry best practices and a strong ability to align business strategy with people practices. With advanced analytical skills, you can dive into the details while maintaining a clear view of the broader strategic picture. You have experience managing internal relationships to ensure the effective delivery of OD initiatives and possess a natural curiosity that drives you to question the status quo and continuously improve processes.
- Your strong communication skills enable you to liaise with and influence senior stakeholders, and your advanced Excel proficiency allows you to manipulate large data sets to support decision-making.
- You excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously and are confident in using data to build compelling cases for change and effectively communicate them to stakeholders.
