Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Order Management Process Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive process improvements, manage backlog, and support global trade compliance across Agilent’s Americas Sites. This role focuses on optimizing order management, maximizing revenue, and ensuring cross-regional and global alignment. The analyst will also oversee vendor management, compliance, and international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead process improvement initiatives across Americas Sites to streamline order management workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.

Own and manage the backlog process, ensuring timely resolution of order-related issues and the minimization of backlogs to optimize revenue realization.

Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.

Ensure process alignment and best practices across regional teams, aligning Americas Sites with global policies, procedures, and KPIs.

Maintain clear and comprehensive process documentation, including workflows, SOPs, and system configurations, ensuring they are updated regularly.

Act as a liaison between regional and global teams to ensure processes align with corporate objectives and global standards, contributing to a seamless order management experience.

Identify opportunities for automation, system enhancements, and best practices to improve order management processes and performance.

Provide training and guidance to regional teams on process improvements, system updates, and process changes to ensure alignment.

Consult with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with import/export regulations.

Represents Agilent in negotiations with external government authorities on trade matters, audits, and investigations, ensuring the company’s interests are protected and compliance is maintained.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent experience

Knowledge and experience in inventory management.

Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and compliance management.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional and global teams.

Ability to manage relationships with other operational teams to support collaboration.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and ERP systems. SAP experience strongly desired.

Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies is preferred

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.

Project management skills including creation and maintenance of project plans and stakeholder updates

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $77,600.00 - $121,250.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
