The Position
We are looking for an Order Management Associate Specialist to join our team and support order processing for the LATAM and Canadian markets.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Associate Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that orders are processed efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the smooth flow of operations.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the role include managing and processing customer orders from LATAM and Canada, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. This includes entering orders into the system and verifying product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules. The analyst will also coordinate with sales, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure that orders are fulfilled according to customer specifications.
The Associate Specialist, will be responsible for monitoring order progress and communicating with customers or internal teams regarding any delays or issues with shipments. They will provide regular updates on order status, delivery timelines, and stock availability. Additionally, the analyst will address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to order fulfillment, such as missing items or incorrect orders.
This position will also involve assisting in generating reports and tracking order KPIs for the LATAM and Canadian regions. The Associate Specialist will support the implementation of process improvements to streamline order management procedures. They will maintain up-to-date customer and order information in the system, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies..
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting or other related to OtC.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in OtC processes.
- Fluency in English and Spanish Language
- Experience working on regional or global teams.
- Demonstrated experience working in large teams collaboratively.
- Demonstrated strong math, query, analytical and systems skills with demonstrated experience in data management, MS Office.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls.
- Effective training skills and team building capabilities for management of functional tasks within area of responsibility.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, strong oral and written communication, presentation, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Good project management skills including ability to coordinate and implement complex cross-functional activities.
- Experience with continuous process improvement projects leading to significant time or bottom-line savings.
- Pays attention to details, produces accurate deliverables, and consistently meets deadlines.
- Solid financial background with experience in accounting processes valued.
- Proactive style in implementing new processes.
- Experience using SAP R/3 required.
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills
- Experience of Launching / Standing up a Shared Service Center.
- Experience with Internal or External Audit valued.
- Familiarity with US GAAP preferred.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
- Experience working in shared service, regional roles, participation in global initiatives preferred.
