Order Coordinator Associate, NA
LOCATION: Westchester, IL
REPORTS TO: Manager, Order Coordination Food & Industrial Ingredients US & Canada
The Order Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are to coordinate and process customer and intercompany shipments by ensuring complete adherence of customer requirements and internal quality standards; while providing proactive, accurate and timely communication throughout the Supply Chain to achieve a high level of customer experience. The position also serves as the liaison for order management communication and execution for Manufacturing, 3rd party warehouses-distribution centers, break-stations, Customer Service, Quality, Logistics and Planning.
Key Deliverables
- Order Processing – Maintain system data integrity accuracy by executing the order to delivery process for multiple product lines and business segments.
- Execute on fundamental tasks such as delivery creation, batch selection-strategy, picking-posting goods, delay execution and problem solving.
- Customer Service – Work closely and timely with Customer Service on shipment execution, delay communication and assist in resolving service interruptions.
- Teamwork – Works effectively with cross functional Teams and cross trains within the Order Coordination team to provide backup support.
- Change Management – Ability to manage through a changing environment.
- Continuous Improvement-Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Experience and knowledge of Supply Chain Operations.
- Understanding key elements of the order to delivery process.
- Experience and knowledge of Logistics/Rail Operations, Transportation/Warehouse Management Systems a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
- Ability to contribute to joint problem-solving initiatives.

Pay Range:
$56,100.00-$74,833.33 Annual
This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
