Mission and Goals:
The Oracle ERP (Cloud & On-Prem) - Princ IT Developer/Princ IT Applications Specialist would need to have at least 9+ years of experience. This is an individual contributor role who will be responsible for the delivery of solution-oriented applications for Company utilizing Oracle R12 and Oracle Cloud tools.
Objectives:

Service Owner for Purchasing (Oracle R12) & Vendor Management tool (Agiloft), Oracle Identity Management (for Single Sign on)

Support internal and external audit for Oracle & boundary systems (managing relationship with business stakeholders & Audit) performing quarterly audit review
-
Systems Configuration Management: Manage system configurations in Oracle EBS R12, specifically for OAF, iProcurement, Workflow, AME, customizations, extensions, Payables, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, GL, Cash Management.

Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve issues in existing OAF customizations and extensions. Provide support for new enhancements and troubleshoot assistance.

Business Support: Collaborate with business stakeholders to support configuration changes and optimize existing systems and processes.

Technical Assistance: Provide configuration, integration, and troubleshooting support to ensure seamless operation of the Oracle EBS environment.

Developing and implementing applications for business based on identified requirements
-
Understanding the business requirements and translating into a successful system solution implementation.

Providing requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation activities.
-
Supporting user training, projects and process documentation, and productions rollouts.

Contributing to project strategy and partnering with team to create and improve methodologies and best practices.

Preparing functional design and configuration specifications
Competencies:
-
9+ years of Experience in architecting, developing, implementing, integrating, and/or administering Oracle R12 & Fusion Finance Cloud applications.

Ability to work across other cross-functional teams within IT

Experience with relational databases, query methods & tools (SQL Developer, TOAD)

Strong ability to understand finance and accounting principles.

Excellent analytical and research skills.

Self-starter with ability to work on projects with no supervision while adding value to cross-functional teams.

Understands success factors related to geographically diverse teams and multicultural teams and applies mitigation strategies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Proficient in PL/SQL, OAF development, JDeveloper, Java/JSP/Javascript, XML, Workflow, AME, Customization, Personalization, and Payables

Strong knowledge and experience in configuring Oracle R12 modules, including OAF, iProcurement, Workflow, AME, and Payables, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, GL, Cash Management.
