As a Senior Specialist, Business Analysis, you will be working closely with business analysts, policy owners, functional leaders, business and technical stakeholders on delivering Anti-Money Laundering Compliance solutions. You will be primarily responsible for identifying, assessing and analyzing business requirements and designing solution implementation plans.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assisting stakeholders with evaluating the impact of new opportunities and estimating the effort required to implement solutions.

  • Collecting and documenting Anti-Money Laundering Compliance project requirements from business stakeholders across the organization.

  • Conducting impact analysis and high-level estimations for solution requests and post implementation analysis.

  • Facilitating requirements and design discussions between stakeholders and partner resources.

  • Analyzing business workflows and suggesting improvements.

  • Assisting in specific process improvement projects.

  • Performing time studies as needed using sampling methods and tools to capture time.

  • Process mapping for review and improvement identification.

Role Requirements

  • Fluency in English with outstanding verbal, written and listening skills is mandatory.

  • Fluency in Italian with outstanding verbal, written and listening skills is mandatory.

  • 2+ years' experience in similar roles such as business analyst, process improvement specialist, or project manager/coordinator.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (i.e. Industrial), business administration, finance or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.

  • Demonstrated critical-thinking, problem-solving, and goal-setting skills are required.

  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a highly energized and fast-paced environment, within a framework of constantly shifting deadlines and deliverables.

  • Experience with collecting, analyzing, and documenting requirements with minimum support.

  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Project management and/or Process Management experience/knowledge with ability to drive projects to successful completion.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1,475 – 2,617 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
