Today we are actively seeking an experienced OpEx Specialist for our state-of-the-art- manufacturing facility in Anagni (FR).
About the role
Main activities:
- Collect, update and analyze Key Performance Indicators in order to identify priorities, trends and areas of improvement;
- Lead and manage improvement projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals completion facilitating kaizen and workshop sessions;
- Establish and lead cross-functional, cross-departmental teams to identify and to realize business process improvement and innovation opportunities;
- Help the Leader for the continuous improvement activities as well as the Total Cost Efficiency initiatives to increase the productivity and efficiency of the site by connecting and collaborating with specific stakeholders;
- Provide vital information for better decision-making regarding the projects/programs led, business alignment, relative risk, and capacity to execute;
- Draw up the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage the implementation of training in compliance with current regulations, internal and corporate procedures and in compliance with security and safety in the workplace.
- Ensure that all the activities of its competence are completed in accordance with the regulations in force, site procedures and company policies; guarantee compliance with internal and Corporate procedures designed in accordance with current regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), ISO 13485 and CRF 21 part 111.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical environment;
- Medium seniority with experience in pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical operational excellence function (not less than 3 years);
- Experience in working at least one between Tier System/Improvement System/Problem-Solving Techniques;
- Experience in developing key stakeholder buy-in.
- Master’s degree in industrial or management Engineer;
- Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma required
- English knowledge: Minimum B2 Level;
- Communication, relationship management, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of business processes i.e. manufacturing, quality, etc.
