The Business Operations Training Specialist is responsible for training employees on work applications and processes. In addition to training delivery, the Training Specialist will also be responsible for content and resource development.
What you’ll do

Work closely with the Customer Care Contact Center team to learn the roles and processes, to effectively support through training and content development and delivery.

Collaborate with operations business leaders to develop content and processes to support the overall Business Operations Team.

Work closely with peers and managers to learn about the training support role and process, along with key development and delivery applications, tools and templates.

Work closely with peers and management to explore and determine training needs, which can include routine delivery of recurrent new-hire training, and learning and translating new complex processes, procedures and computer based applications into effective updated or newly developed training.

Develop and introduce efficiencies within content, tools and process.

Estimate work effort on assignments, develop training plans, track and communicate progress through prescribed reporting channels; monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Serve as a general subject matter expert for all employees.

Ability to flourish in an environment that requires you to deal with multiple issues concurrently and change plans without a great deal of notice.

Must set an example for professional behavior and adherence to policies.

Attend work regularly, start and end sessions on time, and manage time effectively.
What experience you need
-
Bachelor’s in a related field, or equivalent experience

At least two years of experience delivering training
-
At least two years of experience designing learning content through various channels.
