Job Description
Responsible for performing a variety of support duties within the manufacturing environment. Work activities are focused on one or more areas of manufacturing operations support: production, including assembling, filling, measuring, mixing, testing and verifying performance in the manufacture of Agilent products; materials handling, involving physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing and distributing materials, parts, supplies and equipment; test and repair, involving routine testing of assemblies and finished products, including interpretation of results and routine repairs; and quality, involving inspections of raw materials and in-process and/or finished products to ensure compliance with Agilent’s quality and reliability standards. Prepares and maintains applicable records and documentation. May enter data into or access information in enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Responsibilities:

May specialize in operation of complex equipment, management of processes and documentation, and/or interpretation or modification of complex drawings and schematics.

Manage and optimize inventory processes using ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry, stock control, and coordination with other departments for seamless operations.

Support MRB (Material Review Board) activities including, but not limited to, inspection and disposition of nonconforming items and completing corresponding documentation and systems transactions.

Applies broad knowledge and advanced skills to complete complex tasks in specialized area.

Strong proficiency in organizational policies, practices, and procedures with latitude to consider most appropriate procedure or precedent.

Minimal instruction on routine work; general guidelines for new assignments.

Determines best method to analyze new or complex assignments.

Makes recommendations for new or modified policies, practices, or procedures.

Guides or impacts team’s work by modifying policies, practices, and procedures and implementing those changes with team.

May be informal team lead.
Qualifications

Requires higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typically at least 3-6 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $26.26 - $41.03/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
