Supports commercial lines (CL) operational and underwriting processes within guidelines by handling the most complex transactions and policy changes that support the review and acceptance/decline of new or renewal CL business. On behalf of underwriters and sales producers, compiles and/or shares policy and coverage information for assigned lines of business and customers. Ensures proper documentation and records management according to regulatory and Sentry standards and acts as a resource to less experienced members of the team and other Sentry business units.
What You'll Do:

Provide operational and administrative services to the underwriting teams.

Handle incoming telephone calls and monitor emails from independent agents and internal/external customers.

Work with Account Specialists/ Account Executive to complete the submission and/or verify applications for accuracy and required information.

Respond to the Account Specialists/ Account Executive, service questions and handle problems and service issues to a satisfactory resolution.

Perform other related job duties as needed
