As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting key operational processes within the company and ensuring their smooth functioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and overseeing project budgets, including monitoring expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial plans, and preparing detailed reports.

  • Maintaining and optimizing operational processes within the section to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.

  • Updating and managing key organizational metrics, licenses, and the reservation system to maintain seamless operations.

  • Administering and synchronizing project data across various systems (e.g., Clockify, Power BI) to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting.

  • Conducting internal audits to verify compliance with established procedures and standards.

  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for process optimization within the department.

  • Addressing and resolving operational issues to support the smooth functioning of the Operations department.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (preferred fields related to management, economics, or related fields).

  • Knowledge of operational processes and the ability to identify and solve problems.

  • Ability to effectively organize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.

  • Data analysis skills.

  • Organization and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in English at least B2 level.
