Monitoring & Support is responsible for a variety of important ancillary tasks around securities processing. Monitoring and resolution of risk positions, handling and correction of reconciliation breaks, and daily settlement market realignments are key responsibilities. Transaction taxes reconciliation and submission to tax authorities based on reporting schedules and regimes. ADR/GDR and bond conversions form part of the team’s duties.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Efficient monitoring and handling of risk positions in collaboration with stakeholders

• Assessment and execution of settlement market realignments

• Various reconciliation duties with regards to stamp duties and transaction taxes

• Investigation and resolution of securities and cash discrepancies

YOUR PROFILE

• Basic know how in equities, fixed income, funds and structured products

• Know how in monitoring settlement risks and issue resolution

• Securities transfers know how across international markets

• Experience in reconciliation breaks resolution

• Know how in transaction taxes reconciliation and issue resolution

• SWIFT/SECOM know how

• Bank apprenticeship and/or solid experience in trade processing and settlement / Banking Operations

• Fluent in English and very good German language skills

• Advanced in MS Office

• Reliable team player with a high degree of accountability and self-direction

• Strong interpersonal skills & service orientation

• Strong team-player with can-do attitude

• Sound risk awareness

• Independent, reliable and precise way of working

• Open to continuously learn and develop new skills

• Seeking new challenges, continuous changes and ongoing improvements
