We’re looking for an Operations Project Management Lead to drive efficiency and impact across our company. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Project Managers, overseeing key initiatives from planning to execution and optimization.
👉 Your responsibilities at Trezor

Oversee complex, cross-functional operations projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of operations-related projects, including process improvements, operational efficiencies, technology implementations and change management initiatives

Lead, coach and mentor a team of Operations Project Managers, providing strategic direction, performance feedback and opportunities for professional growth

Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools, skills and methodologies to deliver high-quality project outcomes

Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads and key stakeholders to align project goals with organizational priorities

Serve as the primary point of contact for project escalations, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues throughout the project lifecycle

Present project status updates, risk assessments and performance metrics to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders

Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices across the operations team

Develop and maintain standardized project management methodologies, tools and templates to ensure consistency and quality in project delivery

Monitor and analyze project KPIs and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making
💪 What do we need from you?

Minimum of 5 years of Operations project management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects and leading project teams to successful outcomes

Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma

Strong understanding of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello

Strong understanding of reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau
-
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines
