The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Manager to support and drive key operational initiatives across our organization. This role will focus on optimizing business processes, enhancing legal workflows, and leveraging data analytics to drive efficiency and impact.
As a pivotal team member, you will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to develop scalable systems and frameworks that streamline operations, ensuring our teams are equipped with the tools and insights needed for success.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze, refine, and implement strategic initiatives that improve operational processes and drive efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, developing action plans to enhance workflows and support business growth.
- Establish scalable processes that enable seamless collaboration between operations, product, engineering, and legal teams.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to streamline contract management, regulatory tracking, and governance processes.
- Develop and implement workflow automation solutions to improve turnaround times for key legal processes.
- Ensure operational policies and documentation are up to date, standardized, and easily accessible across the organization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights into operational performance, key business metrics, and efficiency gains.
- Leverage data to assess process effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and track KPIs related to operational success and business impact.
- Research and implement best practices in process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, identifying gaps, and implementing solutions that optimize performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure operational processes align with best-in-class standards.
- Participate in the evaluation, testing, and iterative development of AI-driven tools and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiencies.
- Support the adoption and integration of AI technologies into existing workflows, ensuring smooth implementation and maximizing impact.
- Work with product and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities that drive efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Who You Are
- You have a strong background in operational strategy and process improvement, with a knack for identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
- You leverage analytics and reporting tools to drive insights and inform strategic decision-making. Experience with tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment, working across teams to align priorities, drive process enhancements, and ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
- You have a keen interest in leveraging technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes. Experience with AI-enabled tools is a plus.
- You excel at project management, ensuring initiatives move from strategy to execution with precision and efficiency.
