Role Overview

As the Operations Manager for Vividly’s Philippines-based team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our US-based leadership to drive operational efficiency, team scalability, and sustainable growth. This senior role demands strong leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across time zones.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead hiring and recruiting efforts, and implement strategies to meet or exceed performance goals. Your role will include supervising and developing team members, managing budgets, and identifying solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency, contributing to Vividly’s broader mission to revolutionize trade promotion management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and supervise deduction management service team members, partnering with Team Leads and BRS/DRS Pod Managers to promote professional growth and high team performance.
  • Manage the recruitment process to scale global teams, working closely with the Head of People and Talent to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent. Lead onboarding efforts to ensure new hires are integrated successfully.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive operational efficiency, team scalability, and sustainable profitability.
  • Lead employee evaluations, providing actionable feedback to boost engagement and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure all divisions consistently achieve and surpass performance goals, assessing progress and implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive updates and recommendations to upper management, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.
  • Monitor budgets and track financial health, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fiscal responsibility.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to improve productivity and streamline operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years in senior leadership roles, with a focus on operations, hiring, team management, and driving business growth
  • Proven success in training and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Experience implementing strategies that enhance profitability and scalability
  • Strong analytical capabilities for monitoring metrics and assessing financial health
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders across time zones
  • Expertise in recruiting, onboarding, and talent development
  • Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and execute improvements
  • Background in SaaS or tech industries
  • Familiarity with the CPG industry and trade promotion processes
