Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee logistics operations at our 3PL site dedicated to Vuori Clothing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll get to do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Vuori, addressing all logistics and distribution needs and concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the efficient execution of transportation, warehousing, and distribution services.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Ensure operational excellence by optimizing workflow, implementing best practices, and maintaining high service levels.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with Vuori’s supply chain team to align logistics operations with business needs.
- Manage vendor relationships, carrier performance, and inventory accuracy.
- Drive a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations, preferably in a 3PL environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data, develop action plans, and drive operational improvements.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with apparel logistics and retail distribution is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 per year - $100,000 per year.
