As the Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for Outbound Logistics at Skoghall Mill, ensuring efficiency, quality, and delivery precision.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and developing the logistics team at Skoghall Mill with clear goals and priorities.

Ensuring transport capacity is secured and that bookings and deliveries are made on time, meeting customer expectations.

Analyzing and resolving operational issues while implementing improvements to optimize costs and processes in Outbound Logistics.

Collaborating with Production Planning, Customer Service, and suppliers to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.

Driving a proactive and performance-oriented culture with a strong customer focus.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

A university degree in engineering, economics, or a related field.

At least 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with some years in a leadership position.

A deep understanding of order management, mill logistics processes, and various transportation models.

Fluent proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
