Operations Manager Skoghall

As the Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for Outbound Logistics at Skoghall Mill, ensuring efficiency, quality, and delivery precision.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing the logistics team at Skoghall Mill with clear goals and priorities.

• Ensuring transport capacity is secured and that bookings and deliveries are made on time, meeting customer expectations.

• Analyzing and resolving operational issues while implementing improvements to optimize costs and processes in Outbound Logistics.

• Collaborating with Production Planning, Customer Service, and suppliers to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.

• Driving a proactive and performance-oriented culture with a strong customer focus.
   

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in engineering, economics, or a related field.

• At least 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with some years in a leadership position.

• A deep understanding of order management, mill logistics processes, and various transportation models.

• Fluent proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
