Job Description
As Operations Manager Lithuania (m/f/d) you will translate various texts and thus, support the team with their projects. Consequently, valuable insights into the development of Lithuanian-speaking markets will be gained.
Responsibilities
- Translation of various texts from German and English into Lithuanian (eg. sales campaigns, newsletters, push notifications, fashion content, marketing materials)
- Localization of translated texts for the Lithuanian audience
- Competitor monitoring (track sale campaigns, collaborations with celebrities and influencers, newsletter and push notifications strategy, services)
- Quality assurance (scripted and exploratory bug testing of the app, desktop, and mobile shops)
- Managing daily operations and monitoring KPIs
- Market analyses and development
Requirements
- Work experiences in the fields of e.g. linguistics, culture or similar fields would be plus
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Native speaker competence in Lithuanian (oral & written)
- Fluency in English and Basic German (oral & written)
- Good communication skills
