Operations Data Analyst

 Join us as a Data Analyst – Operations and make an impact by turning data into actionable insights for order management, production control, and logistics. In this role, you’ll analyze trends, optimize processes, and support cross-functional teams to boost efficiency in our manufacturing and supply chain operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with analytical talent and either Python experience or a strong aptitude to learn and apply Python for data analytics and automation. We’re looking for someone eager to grow their career in a hands-on, dynamic manufacturing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze data on orders, production schedules, and logistics to uncover trends and support smarter decisions. 
• Process Improvement: Spot inefficiencies and propose data-backed solutions to streamline order fulfillment, production planning, and supply chain workflows. 
• Automation with Python: Use Python (or similar tools) to automate repetitive tasks, create dashboards, and simplify reporting processes. 
• Team Collaboration: Partner with operations, supply chain, and production teams to understand their needs and deliver practical, impactful insights. 
• KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery, production efficiency, and logistics performance. 
• Data Management: Pull and organize data from ERP systems and databases for analysis and visualization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (recent graduates welcome). 
• Programming: Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation is preferred; alternatively, a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply Python is highly valued.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus—training provided for the right candidate. 
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and a knack for interpreting data. 
• Communication: Ability to explain insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Interest in Operations: Curiosity about manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics processes is a bonus but not required. 
• Adaptability: Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
