The Impact You Will Have
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Apprise Operations team, ensuring seamless support the management of daily business activities and administrative tasks. You will achieve success by maintaining accurate Salesforce data, streamlining communication with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvements through data analysis. Your attention to detail, confidentiality, and commitment to learning will help optimize workflows and contribute to the growth of the department.
Primary Responsibilities
- Salesforce Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in Salesforce, ensuring alignment with workflows, and create custom reports and dashboards to empower data-driven decision-making.
- Confidential Operational Support: Provide high-level, confidential support to stakeholders, streamlining time management and achieving business objectives.
- Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Analyze appraisal production data, partner with operations, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Team Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate daily with teammates, clients, vendors, and stakeholders, solving problems and addressing needs effectively, potentially with some travel.
- Onboarding & Training Support: Assist with onboarding new employees and help develop Salesforce proficiency for basic report tracking and data management.
- Project & Assignment Management: Create assignments in CRM and appraisal platforms, track progress, resolve issues, and proactively plan and schedule projects.
- Vendor & Expense Management: Handle vendor invoices, prepare expense reports for Managing and Senior Directors, and assist with aging receivables and month-end closeout processes.
- Administrative & Compliance Support: Assist with appraiser license renewals, certificates of insurance, bios, and operational document maintenance, ensuring accuracy and dependability in all tasks.
- Attention to Detail & Dependability: Ensure accuracy, dependability, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Education and Experience
- Relevant Experience & Learning: 1-3 years as a Coordinator, with a strong desire to develop expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for reporting and data management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

This position has an estimated base salary of $60,000 - $70,000 plus discretionary bonus. An employment offer is based on the applicant’s relevant work experience, applicable knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
