xAI is seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operational activities. This position involves coordinating logistics, managing resources, and facilitating communication between various departments to achieve operational goals efficiently.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, ensuring all projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
  • Liaise with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate project execution.
  • Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Conduct regular reviews to optimize resource usage and reduce waste.
  • Coordinate the logistics of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Work with suppliers and distributors to manage inventory levels and logistical challenges.
  • Identify areas for operational improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Lead or assist in process mapping exercises to streamline workflows.
  • Compile and analyze operational data to generate reports on performance metrics.
  • Use data to forecast needs, identify trends, and inform decision-making processes.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including team members, management, clients, and external partners.
  • Organize and lead meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate safety training and manage compliance documentation.
  • Address and resolve operational issues as they arise, providing timely solutions to minimize disruption.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Psychology or a related field.

Preferred Skills & Experience 

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello), and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Requirements

  • Available to occasionally work evenings and weekends, as the schedule varies depending on site operational needs; flexibility is required

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Your actual level and base pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base pay is just one part of your total rewards package at xAI. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses.
