We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Compliance Specialist to join our delivery team's operations department. This role is crucial in planning and ensuring our drone operations at various sites comply with Percepto's internal regulations and standards, working closely with our regulation department to maintain operational efficiency and safety.

This is an on-site position in Riviera Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Plan and configure drone flight areas and routes for different operational sites, ensuring compliance with Percepto's internal regulations and operational guidelines.
• Develop and oversee site setup plans, conducting regular audits to ensure ongoing operational compliance with Percepto's evolving internal standards.
• Coordinate pilot assignments and maintain records of their qualifications and training, aligning with internal regulatory requirements.
• Create and review Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) for new and existing Percepto-operated sites, ensuring adherence to all applicable internal regulations.
• Develop and maintain site-specific regulatory documentation, keeping it up-to-date and aligned with Percepto's latest operational standards and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze operational notices relevant to various sites, disseminating updates to internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with Percepto's Policy & Gov. Affairs Department to incorporate regulatory requirements into site operation plans and procedures.
• Assist in translating updates from the regulation department into actionable, site-specific operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Operations Management, Aviation Management, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of drone operations and safety protocols
• GIS experience is a big plus
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational compliance or quality assurance, preferably in the drone or aviation industry
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in documentation management and internal auditing practices
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with internal regulatory processes in technology-driven operations
• Familiarity with drone technology and its applications in various industries
• Basic understanding of aviation regulations as a framework for comprehending internal processes
