Our client, a boutique wealth planning firm, is seeking an experienced Operations & Client Experience Specialist to oversee key operational functions, client service, and administrative workflows. This role is best suited for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in financial services, insurance operations, or wealth management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding, insurance operations, and policy servicing.
- Oversee CRM maintenance, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
- Assist with compliance reporting, documentation, and administrative workflows.
- Coordinate marketing efforts, including event planning and email campaigns.
- Provide direct support to clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and excellent service.
- Develop and implement operational improvements to streamline workflows.
- Support project management efforts related to firm growth and process enhancements.
- Manage phone inquiries and correspondence, directing client needs effectively.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services, operations, or client service.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and financial software.
- Strong background in insurance operations and client onboarding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Strong leadership potential and ability to assist in team training.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000-75,000, plus performance-based bonus.
