Summary of Position
In the role of Operations Analyst, you’ll be part of Teladoc Health’s dynamic, fast-moving global supply chain. This is a high-impact role within our organization, with direct visibility and collaboration with our teams in Sales, Finance, Quality, and Member Support. Your efforts will help ensure assure the consistent development of high-quality information and reporting, and support Supply Chain & Procurement teams in delivering internal and customer reporting.

We’re looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience who has demonstrated their ability to identify meaningful business insights using their creativity, system and data savviness using their robust analytical capabilities. To succeed in this role, you will need to have attention to detail, a curiosity and drive to make discoveries out of mass and disparate data and be proficient in communicating those effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Help build out and maintain data reports for Teladoc Health that integrates data from multiple sources into easy-to-use visualization tools for various stakeholders.
- Create new data flows and connections between data sources like Salesforce, ERP systems, and shipping platforms.
- Leverage knowledge of data connectors to recommend best platform or solution for the request.
- Examine the data to identify the best method of analysis and create optimized reports.
- Address data visualization requests and analysis.
- Use statistical methods to analyze information and develop solutions to business problems
- Understand complex relationships between data systems and explain them to people with limited technical understanding.
- Effectively present information and analysis and respond to questions from groups of managers.
- Analyze data and present opportunities for improvements across all aspects of the business using statistical or other data analysis as required.
- Identify problem statements and structure them into programs with clear and measurable goals and milestones.

Qualifications Required for Position
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative or business-oriented field, or equivalent.
- Experience with connecting to and creating data source in BI Tools such as Tableau or PowerBI experience required.
- Experience working in a business environment, either full-time or via internships.
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications Expected for Position
- A willingness to ask questions and follow an ambiguous problem to resolution.
- Comfort with complex, interconnected systems.
- Ability to work effectively with a geographically diverse team to gather information and manage defined processes.
- Self-starter capable of working independently and organizing workflow to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics GP, JIRA, SQL preferred.
The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
