As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
- Proporcionar orientación, resolviendo dudas y agilización a repartidores en tiempo real
- Monitoreo de la operación en vivo para tomar decisiones.
- Análisis de datos operativos y gererar propuestas relevantes para la mejora operativa.
- Entendimiento mediante diferentes dinámicas a repartidores para conocer áreas de oportunidad y mejorar su experiencia con la aplicación y mejorar la retención.
- Trabajo estrecho en colaboración con equipos de diferentes áreas.
- Habilidad de crear informes y presentaciones que comuniquen ideas clave.

-Manejo avanzado de Excel/Gsheets
