Position Overview:
- Monitor trading activity and crypto transactions, reconciling between front and back-office systems
- Help maintain operational platforms such as custody providers, exchange accounts, and internal tools
- Drive process improvement initiatives to improve our day-to-day operations
- Provide administrative support to investment and operations teams
- Validate process and settle all periodic events to ensure the integrity of the entire trade life cycle.
- Perform position and cash reconciliations

Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a Business Operations role at a crypto firm, hedge fund, VC, or similar
- Experience with processing crypto transactions using wallets, as well as on-exchange
- Demonstrated interest, activity, and engagement with the crypto ecosystem
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to execute under pressure and within tight timelines while juggling multiple projects
- Strong people skills, with a focus on collaboration and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and DocuSign
