The Enterprise Operational Resilience (OR) Governance and Reporting team is searching for an Operational Resiliency Senior Analyst. This team provides a broad range of services to Operational Resiliency, including monitoring and reporting, Enterprise Governance and risk management. Our Impact:
The operational resiliency function acts as a center of excellence for resiliency management. The group enacts Resiliency risk management policy and standards; ensures that regulatory requirements are met and provides aggregate measurement and reporting to make Resiliency Risk management outcomes transparent.
Your Impact:
Primary categories of work include:
- Drive delivery of multiple significant and sophisticated projects
- Facilitate and influence the timely resolution of obstacles and challenges
- Support consistent and centralize delivery of Executive level reporting across Enterprise for Resiliency
- Participate in developing strategic solutions and act as an internal consultant
- Engage with cross divisional partners, regulator and Internal Audit
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, related field, or equivalent work experience in operational risk
- 5+ years of related experience in risk management, resiliency or project management
- Ability to see the big picture and synthesize information from various sources into concise written documents
- Comfortable working independently with minimal direction and collaborate effectively
- Experience with Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server and Python is a plus
- 2+ years utilizing Tableau or BI tools with strong analytical skills

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $96,000 - $144,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
