Responsibilities:
- Ensure cost-effective and legally compliant operations;
- Analyze financial data to enhance profitability;
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and liquidity;
- Oversee payment transactions, verify payments and resolve issues;
- Automate and optimize back-office processes;
- Collaborate with the Financial team to support financial planning, reporting, and risk management;
- Improve operational systems;
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Backoffice Specialist, Payment Specialist, Operational Specialist or a similar role;
- Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field;
- Background in banks, fintech, or financial institutions;
- Strong knowledge of operations, budgeting, and compliance;
- Deep understanding of payment processes and payment systems;
- Fluency in English and Russian.
