Mission:

Ensure the delivery of client value through operational coordination and leadership, while maintaining optimal profitability in account management.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Client Value:
• Ensure final products meet client requirements, aligning with their goals and expectations.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of deliveries, ensuring client satisfaction and value generation.
• Removing Obstacles:
• Identify and resolve impediments that could delay or block team progress.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
• Team Management:
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clear alignment with project objectives.
• Foster collaboration, engagement, and professional growth within the team.
• Focus on Delivery:
• Plan and monitor project deliveries within established timelines.
• Ensure the team remains focused on expected outcomes and client value.
• Technological Orientation:
• Provide strategic insights into technologies and methodologies to optimize processes and products.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements and provide guidance on feasibility and solutions.
• Project and Product Management:
• Implement agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks to enhance delivery.
• Act as Product Owner in key projects, defining and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Maintaining Profitability:
• Monitor and ensure account management maintains stable profitability levels.
• Optimize resources and operational costs to maximize financial efficiency.

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. A postgraduate degree is valued.
• Experience:
• Over 5 years of experience leading technology projects in roles such as Project Manager or Product Owner.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams in agile environments.
• Previous leadership experience in technology or digital industries.
• Key Skills and Competencies:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to solve complex problems and provide strategic solutions.
• Practical knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, and product management platforms.
• Technological Skills:
• Familiarity with technologies such as APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and microservices.
• Ability to provide guidance on technological solutions without hands-on development or programming.
• Languages:
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Work Modality:
• Onsite in Madrid, Spain.
