Responsibilities
- Delivering Client Value:
- Ensure that delivered products meet client expectations and objectives.
- Monitor outcomes and ensure client satisfaction by providing tailored solutions aligned with their needs.
- Removing Obstacles:
- Identify and resolve issues that could delay or block team progress.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflows.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams while fostering collaboration and engagement.
- Promote professional development and high performance among team members.
- Focus on Delivery:
- Oversee project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Keep the team focused on expected outcomes and delivering value to clients.
- Technological Orientation:
- Provide strategic guidance on technologies and methodologies to optimize processes and products.
- Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate the feasibility of technological solutions and support key decisions.
- Project and Product Management:
- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to optimize project planning and delivery.
- Act as a Product Owner for key projects, defining priorities and managing the product backlog.
- Profitability Control:
- Monitor operational costs to ensure accounts are managed profitably.
- Optimize resources to maximize financial efficiency across projects.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Over 5 years of experience leading technology projects in roles such as Project Manager or Product Owner.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams in agile environments.
- Background in the technology or digital industries.
- Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset to address complex problems and provide effective strategies.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and project management platforms.
- Technological Skills:
- Familiarity with technologies such as APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and microservices.
- Ability to assess and guide technological solutions without hands-on development.
- Languages:
- Advanced Spanish; technical English proficiency is desirable.
- Work Modality:
- Onsite in Mexico City from Monday to Friday.
