Who You’ll Work With:
This role is within the Americas Retail Marketing Team, supporting the Americas Distribution team and Marketing Operations team (US Retail & Lux) within the Global Client Group. You will work with the Americas sales leadership, production and web services, legal and compliance, business development and product development teams.
What You’ll Do:
The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Project-manage regular and tactical marketing collateral, including Americas library

Manage Americas social media posts & web
-
Assist with Americas internal and external events (in-person and virtual)

Assist with requests from Americas Distribution team

Keep track and monitor marketing stats

Coordinate operational announcements and updates for both Lux and US Retail
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or finance, with academic excellence

Ideally 2-4 years prior experience in (financial) marketing

Strong project management skills
-
Highly analytical mind with a strong attention to detail

Superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize work

Self-starter with ability to work independently with a minimum amount of oversight

Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Excel, SharePoint, OneNote)

Spanish language skills are a plus

To be successful, the Marketing Associate must collaborate with teams across the firm – business and product development, legal and compliance, production and web services to contribute to the sales and business goals of the Americas region.
