Description
- Managing Operational Excellence projects.
- Quantity measurements and improvements for Operational process, production, and labor Efficiency.
- Leading 'lean manufacturing' methodology, including 5S, NVA reduction, VSM, Kaizen, Push-Pull, Visual control.
- Mid- and long-term planning of production capacity, Insource / outsource analysis.
- Developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Industrial Engineering (BSc)
- 5-7 years of experience in the Operational Excellence fields
- Proven experience in leading 'lean manufacturing' projects
- Lean Six Sigma certification – an advantage
- Excellent human relations
- Ability to lead change & motivate employees
- Analytical ability oriented to problem-solving
- Excellent English
- Office software- Excel in particular
