Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
SOP Optimization:
- Analyze current SOPs and propose improvements, addressing issues with managing overtime and performance evaluation.
- Design and implement new SOPs to achieve horizontal resource management goals.
- Ensure all employees understand and adhere to the new SOPs.
System Automation:
- Design and implement automation solutions to optimize warehouse operations.
- Automate the daily report generation to reduce preparation time.
- Test and debug automated systems to ensure stability and efficiency.
- Maintain and upgrade systems, resolving any technical issues.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Participate in process redesign and optimization projects to achieve lean operations.
- Track and report improvement results to ensure continuous enhancement.
Performance Monitoring and Cycle Time Planning:
- Develop systems to monitor individual employee productivity.
- Plan and analyze cycle times to identify top performers and those needing improvement.
- Implement reward and recognition programs based on performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
- Proven experience in programming and implementing automation solutions.
- Experience with AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) automation warehouse systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, able to coordinate with different departments.
- Project management experience is a plus.
